College sweethearts London Uphill and Jared Kraft were inseparable. Five years later, Jared has reinvented himself by putting down the bat and picking up a guitar to play for the red-hot band Wicked White. In all that time, London hasn’t gotten over her forever love—or the pain—despite seeking solace in the arms of the one man no one dreamed she’d run to.
When Wicked White’s lead singer goes MIA, Jared finds the time—and courage—to return to his hometown and face the mess he made. He’s shocked at how London’s life has changed, yet he’s determined to prove their love is worth fighting for. Is this breakup too big for any hope of a reunion tour? Or can London open her heart to Jared once again?

When I heard about Wicked Reunion, I was super exited to read it. I really loved Wicked White so I couldn’t wait to read Wicked Reunion. Now this novel was told in dual POV’s between Jared and London. I am a sucker for second chance romance books. This novel also moves back and forth between the past. I don’t like a novel that jumps back in time that much.
London and Jared are truly and deeply in love and nothing can break them apart. That is until tragedy struck in Jared’s family which sees him going off the rails and he abandons the love of his life, his brother and mother and disappears without a word. Jared wanted to be a pro baseball player but we find Jared in the present a part of a rising rock band. The moment when their front man goes AWOL he decided to go make amends in his life. So he decided to go home to see his mother.
London and his brother, Wes, moved on with their lives but emotionally London is still stuck on Jared. Jared’s appearance back in town shakes things up. I liked the commitment and love that Jared and London shared when they were younger but I liked Wes more and wanted Wes and London to end up together at the end of the book.
London was weak and let Jared walk all over her especially when he was going through his rough time. I also hated how she treated Wes her at the end and Jared’s arrogance in the band made me dislike him since the beginning and I wished that changed but I liked the secondary character so much more! I wanted Wes to get the girl and I wanted him to be happy. But I’m also happy he didn’t get London because he deserves someone who will treat him right.
Anyway this book was okay and a quick read so that is why it has a 3.5 rating. It had a ton of potential but just missed the right mark for me. I honestly think that this is going to one of those stories that you’re either going to hate or love. While I did not love this book and only found it as a ok read, I’m still glad I checked this story out!
